The gap between guests
A booking ends and the next one begins. In between, the property stands empty, and that window is the only chance to reset it. The length of the window comes from your calendar.
Arriving guests never see the changeover. They see the bed, the bathroom, the kitchen and the bin, and they judge the place as it stands. If something broke or got left behind, you would rather hear about it before they do.
So the work is a reset followed by a report. Linen comes off and fresh sets go on, towels are swapped, and the basics are topped up from your on-site stock. The place is then set to match your listing photos and checked for damage or lost items. Anything found is flagged the same day, with pictures.
Your calendar sets the window. The turnover fills it.
Your year in nights
Choose bookings a month and the usual stay length. The ring fills with the nights let over a year, and the changeovers that would each need a reset sit alongside.
Simple arithmetic, spread evenly over a calendar year and capped at 31 nights a month. It returns your own figures. It is not advice and it makes no claim about turnover length.
On the list
This is what a turnover covers. Each point gets ticked as you scroll. Extras such as a hot tub wipe-down, or the oven, come below.

What it costs
A turnover is priced to the property, so there is no list price. Send the details and you hear back within 30 minutes. Three things shape the number.

Get my priceSend the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the price follows the property.
Condition shapes the price, history doesn't. Say how guests usually leave the place and we start from there.
Inside the oven and fridge are paid extras. Mention a hot tub, garden table or welcome hamper and they go into your price.
Re-clean guarantee
Flag what was missed, with a photo if you have one. We return to re-clean it. That is the re-clean guarantee.
