Survey before price
Picture an office floor, a clinic waiting room and a shop front. Each is used differently: different hours, different footfall, different areas that cannot be left.
Quoting without seeing the site means guessing at its size, its hours and the way in. So we start with the survey. We look over the premises, set down what the clean covers for that site, and only then attach a price. Days, times and a start date come last.
The site gets a single point of contact. If part of it is missed, say so and we return to put it right: that is the re-clean guarantee.
See the site, then name the price.
Fitting the hours
Choose a type of premises and the day redraws around it. The outer arc marks when the site is open, the inner arc the quiet hours either side. They illustrate how a schedule can be shaped.
Offices are quiet before the first desk is occupied and after the last is vacated. Your real hours are set with you once the survey is done.
A shop goes quiet when the doors shut. Your real hours are set with you once the survey is done.
A unit that opens at midday and trades late is quiet in the morning. Your real hours are set with you once the survey is done.
Example hours only, to show the shape of a schedule. Yours is agreed with you.
The survey questions
The survey runs through three sheets of questions: the premises, the schedule and access. Answer what you can now and the gaps get filled in on the visit.

What people say
The bathrooms were done to perfection, the floors especially stood out. Very professional team. Will definitely be using again.
How it runs
Send the type of premises, its size, the days and hours you need, and how we get in. A reply reaches you within 30 minutes, 8am to 10pm, seven days a week. The survey carries no cost and no obligation.
With the site seen, we set down what the clean covers and what it costs.
We settle days and times with you, then it begins. Vetted operatives come with their own equipment and eco products.
One person is your point of contact for the site. If anything is missed, tell us and we come back.
Choose the type of premises, the frequency and the access. Your picks travel with the request and the survey builds on them.

What it costs
Commercial cleaning has no list price, because each quote follows a site survey. Three things shape it.
3 things set your priceQuoted after a site survey
Request a site surveyThe type of site, its size, the number of floors and the areas that need cleaning.
One visit and a daily visit are different jobs. Give us your days and times and we quote that schedule.
Working during opening hours or outside them changes the job, and so do the site's keys, alarms and security.
Re-clean guarantee
If something on site is missed, tell us. We return and re-clean it: that is the re-clean guarantee.
Put right
The questions facilities teams ask first. If yours is missing, write it on the survey request and we'll answer directly.

You do, with us. Give us the days and times and say whether the site is in use, and we agree the schedule after the survey.
