When you fill in a quote or enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, postcode, and, if you provide them, your email address and any notes about the property or service. We do not ask for payment details through the website.
How we use it
We use your details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry and give you a quote. That means contacting you by phone, email or message about the clean you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How forms are handled
Our quote forms are processed by Web3Forms, which passes your submission to us by email. Your details travel through their service only to reach us. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to provide and follow up on the service, then remove them.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used, in aggregate. If we add cookies beyond what is strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ivorycleaning.co.uk and we will sort it out.
