Who we are
Ivory Cleaning Company cleans homes and businesses across Manchester and Greater Manchester. Questions about this policy go to info@ivorycleaning.co.uk or 0161 3939 247.
What we collect
When you send the quote form, we collect what you type into it:
- your name, phone number and postcode;
- the service you want;
- if you add them: your email address, the size of the property, a preferred date, any extras, and notes;
- on the end of tenancy page, whether you are a tenant, a landlord or a letting agent, if you choose.
We do not ask for payment details on this website. If you ring or message us, we see the number you used and anything you tell us.
How we use it
To reply, give you a price, arrange the clean and follow it up. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them on for marketing.
Who handles the form
The form is sent through Web3Forms, which passes each message to us by email. Your details go through their service so that they can reach us. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Cookies and similar storage
The site stores two small things in your browser because it needs to: your cookie choice, and, on the end of tenancy page, which of tenant, landlord or agent you picked, for the length of your visit.
We also use Google Ads, to see which ads lead to a call, a message or an enquiry. The Ads tag only loads if you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you press Reject, it does not load. You can change your mind at any time: .
The map on our areas page is Google's. It loads with the page whether or not you accept cookies, and Google may set its own cookies when it does.
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to see how many people visit and how fast pages load. We understand these do not use cookies, and they only run on the live site.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ivorycleaning.co.uk and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (opens in a new tab).
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to price the job, do it and follow it up, and no longer.

If this changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
