What moves your price.
- Bedrooms and bathrooms. More rooms mean more to clean, so a one-bed and a four-bed get different prices.
- Condition. A home that is regularly kept up is quicker than one that needs a full reset. The price reflects condition, not history.
- Paid extras. The inside of the oven, the fridge and the cupboards are paid extras on a deep clean. Tell us which you want and we add them to your price.
- The day. Same-day slots are available, so say when you need it.
