Why does condition change the price?
Condition is the part nobody can judge from a floor plan. Limescale on a shower screen, grime in grout and built-up grease on kitchen surfaces all take longer to shift than light dust.
Before you ask anyone for a price, take a quick look at:

- The grout in the bathroom and kitchen, for grime.
- The kitchen surfaces, for grease.
